Customer Experience Associate

Job Summary:This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment, providing exceptional service to our clients and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Create an exceptional customer experience with every interaction, providing personalized service and advice to meet their needs.
- Complete a range of financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
- Assist with responding and resolving customer concerns, escalating when necessary to ensure a positive outcome.
- Identify customer needs and determine solutions to their problems, opening new products and services as needed.
- Support the achievement of business objectives by providing excellent customer service and advice.
- Promote products, services, and banking capabilities to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
- Understand and apply operating policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service.
- Participate fully as a member of the team, promoting team effectiveness and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Support the team by continuously developing knowledge and skills in your area.
- Keep others informed and up-to-date about relevant information related to day-to-day activities.
- High School diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in a related field) preferred.
