Customer Experience Associate

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our branch customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Assist with responding to customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
- Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, and open a limited range of products and/or services for customers.
- Support the achievement of business objectives by supporting advice goals and promoting products, advice, services, and banking capabilities.
- Understand and apply operating policies and procedures, and contribute to business objectives for Operational Excellence.
- Escalate non-standard or high-risk transactions/activities as necessary, and support and participate in process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure necessary due diligence to support the accuracy of all customer transactions/activities, and be knowledgeable of and comply with Bank Code of Conduct.
Requirements
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in a related field) preferred.
- Cantonese or Mandarin language skills are considered an asset.
