The Labour and Employment Board is a quasi-judicial administrative tribunal responsible for the supervision of labour relations in both the private and public sectors in New Brunswick.
About the Role- Provide professional assistance and support with respect to labour relations, legislation, and regulations.
- Process applications and complaints filed with the Labour and Employment Board, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory standards.
- Answer inquiries from the public regarding legislated processes, assist with document drafting, and edit Board decisions prior to release.
- Conduct representation votes as Returning Officer.
- Bachelor's degree in business/public administration, social sciences, or other related discipline.
- Minimum of four (4) years related work experience, including experience in reading and interpreting legislation.
Written and spoken competence in English and French is required.
