Job Title: Immigration Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Specialist to join our team at Santos & Associates Immigration Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and procedures, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise professional and support staff and students
- Conduct research
- Perform administrative tasks
- Prepare research papers, educational texts or articles
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Provide consultation and advice
- Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
- Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
- Draw up legal documents and prepare statements of legal opinion

Requirements:

- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in immigration
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Work Environment:

- Work setting: Professional association or organization, Office building
