Job Title: Front of House Team Member

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our team at Sodexo Canada Ltd. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Suggest products, combos, or sizes to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management, colleagues, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized front counter and drive-thru area.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products are prepared to the highest standards, following proper cash procedures and adhering to Tim Hortons standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training programs and attend meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
