Project Manager sought for heavy civil contractor with expertise in project administration, costing, scheduling, and quality control.

PME Inc., a self-performing heavy civil contractor, is seeking a Project Manager to lead project execution, planning, and resource utilization. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of supervisory experience, with a strong background in highway realignment projects and concrete bridge work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain project administration, costing, scheduling, and quality control programs.
  • Execute project planning and resource utilization, providing leadership to promote maximum productivity.
  • Work with multiple Superintendents to ensure jobsite procedures and controls are implemented.
  • Maintain accountability for field costs and forecast costs to complete, implementing cost control procedures within the Project Execution Plan.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of supervisory experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in highway realignment projects and concrete bridge work.
  • Previous experience dealing with contracts and MOTI is an asset.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods, company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills.
