Job Description

Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will play a key part in refining AIM's talent acquisition strategy. You will help to refine our full cycle recruitment process while ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices. You will partner with various internal clients including hiring managers to provide tailored recruitment to attract top talent for a variety of positions across our growing organization. This position supports a hybrid work environment.

What your responsible for:

  • Providing full cycle recruitment efforts across our North American Locations
  • Primary focus will be on operational roles with the ability to pivot to corporate positions when required.
  • Leading, facilitating, and completing all recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing candidates, pre-screening interviewing, testing, referencing, and negotiating job offers.
  • Exposure to high volume recruitment would be considered an asset
  • Identifying opportunities to connect with emerging employment markets while championing our company brand to attract qualified candidates.
  • Participating in HR project-based initiatives to further promote our employer brand and position AIM as an employer as choice.
Qualifications

To Join our team:

  • You have 1-3 years of recruitment experience (experience with operational roles would be considered an asset)
  • You have experience in direct approach recruitment.
  • You have excellent communication skills; ability to clearly convey messages and openness to exploring different points of views.
  • Preference give to those that have fluency in English and French, verbal and written
  • You have good business acumen; you are quick to understand company needs and provide proper solutions.
  • You have a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Ability to travel internationally within North America when required.
