About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. As an SDR, you'll be responsible for qualifying leads, communicating with prospects, and working closely with our sales team to drive growth.

Your Mission:

You'll be part of a dynamic team that's redefining building materials retail and innovating ways to bring our brand to life. Your success will be measured by your ability to learn, adapt, and drive customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to prospective customers' inquiries via phone, email, and in-person at our Experience Showroom
  • Accurately document and update records in our CRM system
  • Qualify leads by building rapport and explaining our product offerings
  • Communicate effectively with prospective customers via phone and email
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support at our Experience Showroom
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer success
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services

Qualifications:

  • Dynamic and self-motivated individual with a strong desire to drive new sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
