We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to play a key role in driving business growth at Alert Labs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and qualify new business opportunities in the tech industry.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and sales interactions.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging industry trends and market analysis.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving revenue growth for Alert Labs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position our products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in outbound sales, preferably within the tech industry, with a strong understanding of business development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach and a high level of organization.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, such as SalesForce or Hubspot, and other sales tools.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
