About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Client Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth through exceptional account management and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and accurate booking of revenue within assigned platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on assigned platforms, providing guidance on suggested courses, training availability, and platform-specific knowledge to support sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and arranging their scheduling needs.
  • Resolve customer concerns independently, escalating when necessary and owning the concern until it is resolved.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of job-related experience.
  • Bilingual.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations 25% of the year.
  • Knowledge of FAR Part 91 and 135 preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Frequent customer contact.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Business Aviation Industry knowledge is an asset.
  • Familiarity with sales process is an asset.
  • Pilot's license preferred but not required.
  • Strong organization and multi-prioritizing task skills.
  • Solid negotiation skills.
  • Experience with corporate flight departments and/or charter operators preferred.
