Client Account Executive

Seeking a Client Account Owner to drive customer success and sales execution for high-revenue clients, leveraging expertise in customer service, sales, and training platforms.

About the Role

The Client Account Owner will be the primary point of contact for high-revenue clients, responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences, accurate bookings, and timely CRM updates. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for all revenue bookings within assigned platforms, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the system.
  • Support sales activities by working closely with Sales Management and Customer Senior Management as a subject matter expert on assigned platforms.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted training advisor for decision-makers.
  • Resolve customer concerns independently, escalating when necessary and owning the concern until resolution.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting, booking, and CRM entry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of job-related experience.
  • Bilingual.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations 25% of the year.
  • Knowledge of FAR Part 91 and 135 preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Frequent customer contact.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Business Aviation Industry knowledge is an asset.
  • Familiarity with sales process is an asset.
  • Pilot's license preferred but not required.
  • Strong organization and multi-prioritizing task skills.
  • Solid negotiation skills.
  • Experience with corporate flight departments and/or charter operators preferred.
