About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Palliative Medicine Physician to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As a Palliative Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing clinical service to patients in our Palliative Complex Care Unit and Holmberg House, as well as consultation services to acute care and community-based patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical service to patients in our Palliative Complex Care Unit and Holmberg House
  • Consult with acute care and community-based patients
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance palliative care services
Requirements
  • Eligibility for medical licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia
  • Certification from either the College of Family Physicians of Canada or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
  • Preference will be given to individuals who have completed additional training in Palliative Medicine
