As a key member of the Learning Operations Team, you will contribute to the success of our goals and objectives, ensuring all activities are executed in compliance with governing regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Learning Advisors and Project Management teams to provide optimal solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Support virtual ILT workshops, facilitating logistics, technology, and participant engagement.
  • Administer and resolve stakeholder inquiries, and support ILT/vILT learning events.
  • Set up and maintain Instructor Led courses and Scheduled Offerings on the Learning Management System.
  • Complete LMS tasks related to enrollment, registration, and marking completions of ILT/VILT classes.
  • Research and respond to day-to-day case management inquiries for Instructor-led Programs.
  • Understand and adhere to Bank risk appetite and risk culture in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • Contribute to a high-performance environment and inclusive work culture.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Adult Learning, or Business, or related field.
  • Previous experience in coordinating, producing, and overseeing instructor-led training.
  • Understanding of tools related to Skype for Business and MS Teams.
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of Bank policies and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
