Our geotechnical division specializes in geotechnical and materials engineering consulting, providing leading regional services to various sectors.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage geotechnical investigation and design projects from inception to completion;
  • Provide geotechnical engineering for subsurface investigations and geotechnical analysis and design;
  • Develop, direct, and implement comprehensive geotechnical field programs;
  • Develop scope and write proposals for geotechnical projects;
  • Conduct and supervise various data analyses and associated reporting;
  • Ensure product quality control with adherence to company standards and industry best practices;
  • Mentor and develop the technical skills of junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning;
  • Participate in and lead multidisciplinary teams, including providing strategic support to management on resource allocation at a project and departmental level;
  • Contribute to business development efforts and help shape the future direction of our consulting services.

Your Capabilities and Credentials:

  • University graduate with a Degree in Geotechnical, Geological, or Civil (Geotechnical) Engineering (master's degree preferred);
  • 10+ years of relevant working experience in geotechnical engineering, with a demonstrated track record of successful project leadership;
  • A strong foundation in applying geotechnical engineering principles to solve complex problems;
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work and lead effectively in a team environment;
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle required;
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
