Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at Naylor Building Partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating field technicians, and maintaining a schedule of work to be performed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle internal and external customer inquiries via phone and email
- Dispatch field technicians to service calls based on priority levels, technician availability, and skill set
- Maintain a schedule of work to be performed, monitor open tickets, and inform managers of issues
- Coordinate after-hours work, schedule, and follow-up with technicians
- Provide administrative support as required, including accessing work orders and document processing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma preferred
- Previous experience answering phones in a busy office environment is an asset
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Professional phone manner
- Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with computers
- Willingness to take on other duties as needed
