Job Summary

Bell is seeking a highly skilled ICT Customer Support - Deployment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for deploying new workstations, providing software installation and client data migration, and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy new workstations, including software and hardware support, network connectivity issues, and peripherals
  • Provide one-on-one end-user support and problem resolution, both remotely and on-site
  • Perform hardware repair and maintenance
  • Accurately log information and resolutions in our service management system
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a technical college or university degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of industry experience
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to occasionally travel within Manitoba
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
