Job Title: Director ICT Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director ICT Services to join our team at Shared Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the planning and coordination of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in ICT services, with experience in managing teams and budgets. You will be responsible for building and managing a provincially-focused team with a culture of client service to provide ICT services for the public health-care system.

The Director ICT Services will take a primary role in a key area of ICT services, including access, hosting, and workplace services. You will be responsible for ensuring ongoing maintenance of technologies and related equipment, leading service management for the service area, and supporting and managing vendor contracts.

We are looking for a leader who can collaborate with clients and colleagues to provide excellent customer service, identify system solutions, and support an integrated province-wide health-care system that provides multiculturally respectful health services delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and coordination of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba
  • Manage a provincially-focused team with a culture of client service to provide ICT services for the public health-care system
  • Take a primary role in a key area of ICT services, including access, hosting, and workplace services
  • Ensure ongoing maintenance of technologies and related equipment
  • Lead service management for the service area
  • Support and manage vendor contracts
