Job Description

We are looking for innovative, flexible, and team-oriented individuals to join our team as ICT Customer Support - Deployment Technicians. This role is responsible for deploying new workstations, providing end-user support, and resolving technical issues in a dynamic IT environment.

  • Deploy new workstations, including software and hardware support, network connectivity issues, and peripherals
  • Provide one-on-one end-user support and problem resolution, both remotely and on-site
  • Perform hardware repair and maintenance
  • Accurately log information and resolutions in our service management system
  • Provide exceptional service to our clients
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a technical college or university degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of industry experience
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • Ability to quickly diagnose issues and determine the best course of action for resolution
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license with access to own vehicle
  • Ability to occasionally travel within Manitoba
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
