Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Process customer transactions, including ticket sales and baggage handling
  • Assist with flight operations, including check-in and boarding
  • Participate in safety management and adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
