Email Marketing Specialist

Manage email marketing campaigns, data analysis, and integration to drive business goals and enhance customer relationships.

About the Role

The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for ensuring seamless alignment between the CRM platform, marketing automation platform, and the organization's data strategies. This role will also involve providing training, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating smooth adoption of CRM and email tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data analysis and integration to ensure smooth data flow and informed decision-making
  • Craft strategies and tactics to generate and nurture leads while streamlining lead qualification and conversion through automation
  • Conduct detailed A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns, optimizing performance based on results and generating regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with regional teams, providing guidance and best practices while promptly addressing technical issues and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and brand guidelines
About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist with a post-secondary degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant and progressive work experience in a similar capacity, with proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Pardot, and experience working with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
