  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Craft strategies and tactics to generate and nurture leads, streamlining lead qualification and conversion through automation.
  • Campaign Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns, optimizing performance based on results and generating regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Technical Support: Collaborate with regional teams, providing guidance and best practices while promptly addressing technical issues and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • Post-Secondary Degree: Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Relevant Work Experience: 3+ years relevant and progressive work experience in a similar capacity.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Pardot, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Data Analysis and Statistical Modelling: Solid understanding of data analysis, statistical modelling, and data visualization.
  • Data Storage and Optimization: Solid understanding of data storage, retrieval, and optimization.
  • Industry Experience: Experience within the homebuilding industry.
