Responsibilities
As Credit Coordinator in Dorval, you will:
Oversee the account collection process and call on external agencies
Validate the creditworthiness of new customers
Communicate with collection agencies to obtain additional information
Collaborate with sales to optimize strategies
Monitor denunciation projects and ensure documentation is complete
Obtain surety bonds and issue releases
Generate accounts receivable and statistical reports
Suggest improvements to credit and collection policies
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
Dorval Credit Coordinator wanted:
Holds a DEC in finance, business, accounting or a related discipline
Is or will be enrolled in the Certified Credit Professional (CCP) program
Minimum 2 years' experience in credit management
Is fluent in French and English
Has in-depth knowledge of credit and the legal context related to the construction industry (asset)
Demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrates good computer skills
