Property Large Loss Claims Consultant

Recherchez un poste de consultant en sinistres complexes dans une équipe de grands sinistres immobiliers où vous gérerez des sinistres multi-lignes complexes à travers tous les canaux de distribution.
Vous serez responsable de la gestion directe et du suivi de sinistres complexes de première et de troisième partie avec des exposants au Canada et à l'étranger. Les types de pertes peuvent inclure les biens immobiliers commerciaux, l'énergie, la rupture d'équipement, la responsabilité environnementale et d'autres sinistres spécialisés.
Vous travaillerez dans un environnement hybride qui permet d'équilibrer le télétravail et les avantages des interactions en personne.
Vous serez chargé de gérer, d'enquêter, d'analyser, de négocier et de résoudre des sinistres immobiliers commerciaux complexes généralement avec des exposants de 1 million de dollars ou plus ou impliquant des types de pertes spécialisés au Canada et à l'étranger.
Vous travaillerez avec des avocats internes et externes, des consultants, des ajusteurs, des comptables et des ingénieurs pour confirmer la couverture, déterminer la responsabilité et évaluer les dommages.
Vous serez chargé de former, de guider et de fournir des conseils techniques aux gestionnaires de dossiers régionaux pour s'assurer que la gestion des sinistres est cohérente et efficace et soutenir la planification à long terme de la succession.
Vous serez chargé de former vos collègues sur la gestion des sinistres complexes.
Vous travaillerez avec les services d'assurance, la prévention des pertes et d'autres parties prenantes pour identifier les risques, les dangers et les tendances potentiels, partager des retours d'expérience et des leçons apprises.
Vous serez chargé de fournir un service client exceptionnel aux courtiers, aux clients et aux collègues.
Vous serez chargé de livrer et de dépasser les indicateurs clés de performance liés au développement des pertes et aux dépenses de réparation des sinistres, au contrôle des fuites de sinistres et à la gestion des dépenses.
Vous serez chargé de faire preuve de créativité et de continuité d'amélioration pour soutenir un modèle d'opérations de meilleure pratique.
Vous serez chargé de négocier les sinistres lorsque cela est approprié.
Vous serez chargé d'assister aux conférences de règlement et aux procès.
Vous serez chargé d'assister aux lieux de perte et à d'autres réunions avec les clients et les courtiers, lorsque cela est approprié.
Vous devrez avoir 10 ans d'expérience dans la gestion directe de sinistres immobiliers complexes.
Vous devrez avoir une connaissance appropriée de toutes les exigences réglementaires et juridiques pertinentes applicables à la position.
Vous devrez avoir un diplôme universitaire ou une certification CIP (asset).
Vous devrez être flexible pour voyager lorsque nécessaire.
