Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality standard and accuracy in picking and packing online grocery delivery orders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve timely delivery to customers.
  2. Order Accuracy: Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
  3. Quality Control: Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products and freshest product selection.
  4. Documentation: Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
  5. Tote Optimization: Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  6. Customer Interaction: Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offer service, including supporting issues to resolution.
  7. Safety and Hygiene: Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, and operating material handling equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
