Customer Service Desk Associate

Join our team at Walmart Canada as a Customer Service Desk Associate and develop your skills in the retail industry. As a key member of our front-end operations, you will provide exceptional customer service, represent our company values, and ensure a secure shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow Refund Automation procedures according to Company guidelines.
  • Complete all defective slips accurately.
  • Assist customers with information, refunds, exchanges, and directions.
  • Maintain sales tax exempt records.
  • Ensure all damaged merchandise is sent to Claims for processing.
  • Verify returned merchandise against refund slips before returning to the sales floor.
  • Scan items correctly before returning to the sales floor.
