Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mutual Fund Administrator to join our team at RBC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing all unit holder transactions for both registered and non-registered products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all Mutual Fund Transactions for individual, accredited and institutional investors
  • Verify that all proper paperwork is received and complete; also ensure that appropriate follow-up takes place for any outstanding issues
  • Ensure that all compliance and procedures are accurate
  • Document and update procedure manuals and workbooks where required
  • Represent the team in various working groups
  • Act as a strong resource and support for Staff Members
Requirements
  • Post-Secondary Education
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Advanced Excel
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint and the Internet
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience processing financial transactions, performing quality assurance checks and being able to interpret complex instructions
  • Experience processing corporate, institutional and trust accounts, RRSP, RESP, RRIF and TFSA products within a back office environment
  • IFIC or CSC
  • Experience in dealing with external dealers, custodians, fund companies and various government bodies
  • Experience with Unitrax, Fundserv or Dataphile
