About the Role
Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our Insurance Brokers team. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for servicing clients within the commercial lines division.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare all client-facing documentation, including invoices, letters, policy documents, and certificates of insurance.
- Manage file creation, organization of client documentation, and updating of client activity logs.
- Track and follow up policy documents to ensure timely receipt.
- Administer the client renewal process.
- Work closely with Account Executives to service and manage day-to-day activities, including establishing market risks for coverage placement.
- Coordinate account services, including review of documentation for routine policy changes, additions, deletions, renewals, or cancellations.
- Manage the placement of small business accounts.
- Communicate with insurers as required to support the brokering function.
Your Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a brokerage as an Account Manager/Customer Service Representative, with knowledge of major markets.
- RIBO License required.
- EPIC Experience preferred.
- CAIB, CIP, CRM, or equivalent (or working towards) an asset.
