About the Role:

The Branch Manager is a local market leader, responsible for motivating and coaching a team to deliver exceptional client experiences. This role requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on driving sales, revenue, and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver results and support new client acquisitions through multiple channels
  • Lead change and allocate resources to meet the needs of the community
  • Ensure high employee engagement through recruiting, talent management, and development
  • Inspire and orchestrate superior retailing excellence to deliver a memorable client experience
  • Coach team members on client advice, education, and problem resolution
  • Take action to close gaps identified through operational, credit effectiveness, and compliance reviews
Requirements:

Must-have:

  • Mutual Funds accreditation and minimum 2 years of licensed mutual funds sales experience
  • Completed a mutual fund branch management exam or ability to write an exam within 4 months
  • Minimum 3 years in a people management role
  • Entrepreneurial business acquisition mindset
  • Ability to employ digital channels and drive client awareness

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in both business and personal banking
