As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our Feature Hub, a self-serve SAAS product enabling users to build analytical datasets effortlessly.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data analysts, and business users, you will lead the development and launch of new features, enhancements, and integrations that meet consumer demands and exceed customer expectations.
Your deep understanding of data platforms, SaaS products, and industry trends will guide our product roadmap and ensure a high-quality product.
What does this include?Product Strategy:
Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's overall goals and market trends.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market opportunities and prioritize product enhancements.
Collaborate with the executive team to develop a product strategy that differentiates our Feature Hub SaaS product and drives customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Product Development and Management:
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, market-ready features and solutions.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and user-centric design within the product team.
Implement best practices for agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release cycles.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including risk, growth, and data science, to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and align product offerings with consumer requirements.
Product Performance and Analytics:
Define and track key product metrics, monitor product performance, and analyze user feedback and behavior to drive data-driven decision-making.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for product enhancements.
Regularly report on product performance, roadmap updates, and key milestones to the executive team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience (8 years) in product management or related roles, with a focus on SaaS products, preferably in the big data analytics domain.
Deep understanding of real-time and batch data architecture, big data analytics for reporting and machine learning, data modeling, and big data cloud services.
Familiarity with SQL and Python programming languages and cloud services like Apache Kafka, Spark, AWS S3, Cassandra, APIs is a preferred.
Strong track record of successfully leading and launching complex, high-quality software products.Experience with agile development methodologies, user-centered design principles, and product management best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.Proven ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Able to handle high-pressure situations and is ready to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
