Role Summary

We are seeking a Lead Product Marketing Strategist to take charge of our core product offerings. This pivotal role will focus on bridging the gap between our innovative features and the needs of our users, utilizing a data-driven and customer-centric approach. The successful candidate will spearhead product launches aimed at increasing user engagement and adoption, making a significant impact on our extensive client base.

Your Contributions

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Product Marketing and collaborate closely with teams across Product Development, Communications, and Marketing. Your expertise will be essential in establishing Highmark Senior Living as the premier choice for senior living solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with clients to identify challenges, use cases, and desired outcomes related to senior living.
  • Collaborating with Product Management throughout the product lifecycle to deliver valuable features that drive business success.
  • Crafting compelling messaging and positioning for our offerings, ensuring alignment with the needs of our target audience.
  • Leading product launches, encompassing messaging, positioning, communications, and support materials.
  • Working alongside market analysts and competitive marketing teams to effectively respond to market dynamics.

Ideal Candidate Profile
