The ideal candidate is proactive and defaults to action; learning and adjusting quickly. You’re comfortable working autonomously and over communicate to ensure alignment and awareness across teams and stakeholders. You have a track record of delivering high impact customer value and know what “good” product management looks like.What you’ll do at Cognota:Contribute to, and communicate, a clear product vision and strategy for your team that aligns with the company’s goals.Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.Define, monitor, and report on product performance to senior management and stakeholders.Continuously improve product management processes and methodologies.Regularly speak with customers and end-users to gather feedback and understand their needs.We are looking for someone who:Has experience working in early startup environments and embraces the need to move and learn quickly.5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of successful product launches.Has successfully launched new features or products in a B2B settingIs experienced at setting and reporting on product metrics (quantitative and qualitative)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities.It’s a bonus if:You have experience in the Learning and Development space.Cognota believes in equality and celebrates diversity.
