Seeking experienced CSR with strong sales instincts to provide world-class customer service and drive customer value in a fast-paced environment.

As a Personal Lines CSR, you'll work with customers via phone, chat, email, and text to answer questions, make policy changes, review renewals, and more.

  • Creating customer-focused solutions
  • Great sales instincts
  • Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Driving customer value with cross-sell/up-sell opportunities or churn prevention techniques
  • Keeping organized while dealing with information/requests coming from different sources
  • Strong listening and critical thinking skills with an eye for detail
  • Staying positive and thriving under pressure

You'll need at least two years of experience as a CSR at an insurance brokerage, a RIBO license, and a passion for Personal Lines products.
