We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Clerk to join our team at FCA Insurance Brokers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth administration of our insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities- Policy Administration: Administer policy changes, verify and balance transactions, and process electronic transactions using computer equipment.
- Customer Service: Provide clients with information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Insurance Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of insurance products and services, including house insurance and policy administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, and insurance software.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
