As a Commercial Lines CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our internal and external clients, handling commercial processing, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of endorsements and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional service to internal and external clients in the commercial processing department
  • Prepare proposals, binders, letters, certificates, and accurate processing of endorsements and invoicing
  • Handle activities and follow-ups in EPIC
  • Respond to routine inquiries and process requests
  • Work collaboratively as a team player on midsize to large commercial accounts
  • Participate in other projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines brokerage servicing
  • Experience handling mid-market to large commercial files
  • RIBO License required

Skills:

  • Proficient with Word and Excel
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good understanding of commercial property, casualty, and auto insurance products
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Experience with EPIC is considered an asset
