Role Overview:

We are currently in search of a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to enhance our team of insurance specialists. This position is primarily on-site, with hybrid work options available following the training phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Contribute to the growth of the business through new sales initiatives.
  • Manage incoming customer service inquiries effectively.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
  • Commit to continuous learning and development within the insurance sector.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient experience with Compu-Quote and various insurance company platforms.
  • Familiarity with Epic is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of different insurance providers and their underwriting criteria.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Determination to achieve retention objectives.
  • A proactive and positive approach to fulfilling customer needs.
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities.
  • RIBO license is mandatory; additional qualifications such as CAIB or CIP are beneficial.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.
