Role Overview:

This Mississauga-based client is in search of a dedicated Personal Lines Manager / Insurance Broker to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the underwriting and management of commercial insurance policies, playing a key role in the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide clear and timely communication.
  • Conduct necessary face-to-face client meetings.
  • Educate clients on coverage and exclusions.
  • Implement and enforce office policies.
  • Manage financial tasks such as budgeting and billing.
  • Analyze operational data for improvements.
  • Develop business relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Valid and active RIBO license.
  • Experience in personal lines sales and underwriting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of insurance laws and underwriting principles.
Job Details:

Full-time position with commission-based pay.
