Join our team as an Account Manager and play a key role in managing successful advertiser relationships and growing advertising partnerships and investments within our Walmart Connect business.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and expand customer relationships, working independently and collaboratively with the Client Partner.
- Identify opportunities for increased adoption of sponsored search and generate additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through.
- Execute tactical support requests for marketplace sellers, such as issue troubleshooting and data reporting.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues for advertisers through coordination across various functional areas of the company.
- Demonstrate product features beyond central functionality to help advertisers achieve key business results.
- Contribute to the development of features and programs that enhance customer success using advertiser feedback, market insights, and internal data.
- Maintain disciplined customer engagement to drive high-value and adaptation to a self-serve offering.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, and/or customer success in the ad tech/ad operations/ SEM/digital media/marketing/advertising space.
- Proven track record of owning customer relationships and overseeing the entire lifecycle of the client.
- Experience leading client meetings, conducting product training, and analyzing campaign data.
- Comfortable with data-driven storytelling and the ability to leverage data to provide customers with recommendations for improving business performance.
- Ability to lead or collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
