Holt Renfrew is a leading luxury retailer seeking a skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

The Beauty Advisor is responsible for developing long-lasting relationships with customers, exceeding sales and service targets, and building a loyal client base. Compensation is commission-based and directly tied to sales volume results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering extraordinary service to all customers
  • Exceeding sales and service personal goals and targets
  • Building a loyal personal client base
  • Sharing expert product knowledge with the store selling team
  • Maintaining relationships with buyer, vendor, and selling manager
  • Driving brand sales through marketing opportunities and event execution
  • Attending educational sessions and staying up-to-date on product knowledge and vendor information
  • Performing floor recovery, visual merchandising, and sales support tasks
  • Communicating with clients through various channels
  • Resolving customer service issues and partnering with selling management

The ideal candidate:

  • High school diploma
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum of two or more years experience in a commission-based sales environment
  • Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands

  • Contribution to financial objectives
  • Individual objectives linked to department goals
  • Feedback from internal and external clients

Hiring Range: $20.00 - 20.00 per hour. This role is also eligible for commission in addition to base pay. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's unique skills and qualifications.
