About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Studio Manager to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our Beauty Studio, ensuring that our Beauty Advisors are adequately trained to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Beauty Studio, including training and development of Beauty Advisors
  • Ensure that Beauty Advisors are leveraging technology innovations to provide an elevated in-store experience
  • Manage the Online Reservation system, including publishing Beauty Advisors' availability and classes
  • Manage all in-store events with the services team, ensuring that all events are planned and staffed appropriately to maximize client learning and sales opportunities
  • Participate in performance management situations for any issues related to the Beauty Studio or related to any direct reports
Requirements
  • Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
  • Excellent verbal/written communications skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels
  • Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service
