About the Role

Holt Renfrew is seeking a skilled Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our luxury beauty department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and loyalty
  • Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Participate in visual merchandising and floor recovery to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to achieve department goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven sales experience in a commission-based environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
