About the Role

Holt Renfrew is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury beauty department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales, service, and loyalty
  • Exceed sales and service targets for assigned brands
  • Build a loyal client base through consistent communication and personalized service
  • Share expert product knowledge with the sales team to drive sales growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers
  • Identify key marketing opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management
  • Attend educational sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, and other sales support tasks
  • Communicate regularly with clients through various channels to stay top of mind
  • Resolve customer service issues and partner with selling management to resolve complex issues
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a commission-based environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a luxury retail environment
  • Prior experience as a product specialist in a luxury beauty environment is an asset
