Sanitation Team Member Join Our Team as a Sanitation Team Member

Mastronardi Produce is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sanitation Team Member at our Kingsville Distribution Center.

Job Summary

The Sanitation Team Member will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our employees and products. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with cleaning duties for both the interior and exterior warehouse, including conventional and organic cleaning on production lines.
  • Work as a team member, following directions and offering support and suggestions when necessary.
  • Attend all training for Sanitation, Health & Safety, and Food Safety, and adhere to all company policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Wear personal protective equipment as prescribed and operate all machinery and equipment safely.
  • Perform heavy lifting and break-down of equipment, and maintain records as prescribed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of related work experience preferred.
  • Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude, show willingness to work independently, and take ownership of job responsibilities.
  • Must follow all company policies, rules, and regulations, especially those for Health & Safety and Food Safety.
  • Must handle all chemicals safely and work responsibly to minimize damage to company equipment or property.
Working Conditions

Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing facility, including refrigerated warehouses (30 F to 70 F). Must be capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
