Sanitation Supervisor

Full-Time, Permanent Position
Location: Cronos GrowCo Facility
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Supervisor to join our team at Cronos GrowCo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facility.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by ensuring all areas of the facility are properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Develop and implement sanitation schedules to ensure all areas of the facility are properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Train and supervise sanitation team members to ensure they are following proper sanitation procedures.
- Monitor and report any sanitation-related issues or concerns to the Operations Manager.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sanitation standard operating procedures.
- Perform other duties as required.
- 1+ year of experience in commercial cleaning or a related field.
- Working knowledge of health and safety regulations and trained in WHMIS procedures.
- Strong understanding of janitorial and basic cleaning duties.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
