Our organization is currently seeking a Sanitation Operations Associate to support our sanitation efforts in a state-of-the-art distribution facility. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the daily cleaning tasks as outlined in the Sanitation Program.

Shift: Sunday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in cleaning operations for both the interior and exterior of the warehouse.

• Engage in conventional and organic cleaning processes on production lines.

• Collaborate effectively with team members, following directions and providing support and suggestions as needed.

• Attend all required training sessions related to Sanitation, Health & Safety, and Food Safety, ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulations.

• Utilize personal protective equipment as required.

• Safely operate machinery and equipment, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and floor scrubbers.

• Perform heavy lifting and assist in the breakdown of equipment.

• Maintain accurate records as required.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A minimum of one year of relevant work experience is preferred.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must demonstrate self-motivation and a positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

• Adherence to all company policies, particularly those related to Health & Safety and Food Safety, is essential.

• Must handle all cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly.

• Ability to work in a manner that minimizes damage to company property and equipment.

Working Environment:

• Typical working conditions for a manufacturing facility apply.

• Work will occur in refrigerated warehouses with temperatures ranging from 30°F to 70°F.

• Must be capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
