Job Summary:

Mastronardi Produce is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Team Member to join our team at our Kingsville Distribution Center. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our employees and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily cleaning activities to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sanitation programs to ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any sanitation-related issues or concerns.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in sanitation and health and safety.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of related work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
