Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Montana's BBQ & Bar North Battleford. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our food service staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff, to ensure that our customers receive prompt and courteous service.
Train and Develop StaffTrain and develop our staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional service and to maintain the high standards of our restaurant.
Maintain Quality ControlEnsure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, and that our customers receive a positive dining experience.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesManage our inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to provide exceptional service and to maintain the high standards of our restaurant.
Address Customer ComplaintsAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language spoken in our restaurant, and we require that our staff be fluent in English.
Work EnvironmentOur restaurant is a fast-paced environment, and we require that our staff be able to work under pressure and to maintain a high level of productivity.
Physical DemandsOur restaurant is a standing environment, and we require that our staff be able to stand for extended periods and to walk.
