Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Montana's BBQ & Bar North Battleford. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
Customer ServiceAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Record KeepingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
LanguageEnglish.
Work EnvironmentNoisy work environment.
Work SettingRestaurant setting.
