Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Montana's BBQ & Bar North Battleford. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to maintain high levels of quality.
Customer ServiceAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Record KeepingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Physical DemandsAbility to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Working ConditionsOur restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a noisy environment and be able to multitask effectively.
