Assistant Branch Manager (Mission)

Join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager and take on a leadership role in our Mission, BC office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting, selling, and servicing all insurance products, while inspiring and guiding your team to achieve exceptional results.

About the Role:

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales agents to attain expected targets and continuously monitor branch reports for key performance indicators.
  • Seek opportunities to pursue new business and additional product sales.
  • Support the Branch Manager in leading the team and driving business growth.

Requirements:

  • At least three years' industry experience.
  • Insurance broker Level 2 license.
  • Bonus Accredited CAIB and/or CIP and a post-secondary degree/diploma.
  • Expertise in personal lines and auto insurance products.
  • Ability to deliver results by driving effective routines that optimize team and individual performance.
  • Ability to create an amazing culture where everyone can develop, grow, and belong.
  • Ability to forge long-term authentic, client-first relationships.
