The ITSM Delivery Manager will be responsible for coordinating a 30-person service team to support North American users on their ERP platform.
MORE SPECIFICALLY
- Manage incidents, facilitate usage, and suggest improvements on SAP for the finance and supply chain modules
- Manage the department's performance (SLA, KPI)
- Ensure the proper functioning of the department and escalate incidents to the appropriate groups
- Ensure good collaboration and communication among the different team members
- Write documentation and prepare presentations for the various management levels
PROFILE
- 7+ years of experience as an ITSM Delivery Manager
- Experience in an ERP environment
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Autonomy and ease of communication
- Knowledge of SAP finance and supply chain modules (asset)
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
